Shipping & Delivery

  • Free standard shipping is available worldwide for orders above $30 USD, ensuring your print reaches you wherever you are in the world.

    Express shipping is available and handled by a courier, taking 2-3 business days. The shipping rate depends on the products you choose.

  • To prevent any waste of resources, each product is made to order within up to 72 hours after the order has been placed.

    For delivery, standard shipping usually takes from 5 to 10 business days. The delivery times may vary depending on your location.

    If you need your product sooner, express shipping is also available, taking 2-3 business days. The shipping rate depends on the products you choose.

  • Depending on your location, standard shipping can be tracked or untracked.

    Express shipping is usually handled by a courier, which will be tracked and will be a fast, premium service.

    In any case, an email will be sent to you when then product is shipped, and a tracking number will be included when it is available.

  • All prints are robustly packaged. Unframed fine art prints are hand rolled in protective tissue paper and then shipped in thick cardboard tubes. A4 or smaller prints delivered in the UK or mainland Europe are shipped in thick cardboard envelopes.

  • Please email me at help@pawshire.com and I will be able to manually adjust your billing or shipping address for you.

    It’s important to note that once the order is shipped, it is no longer possible to change the address.

    It will be necessary that you contact your local post office or courier personally.

Returns, Cancellations, Refunds

  • As each print is specially made to order, I am unable to accept returns for unwanted items.

    However, if an item arrives damaged, I'll be more than happy to provide a refund or exchange. Just send me a proof of the damage within 24 hours after delivery, and I'll swiftly assist you with the necessary steps.

  • Cancellations are only accepted before it enters the production phase.

    Just reach out, and I'll be happy to assist.

  • In case your order cancellation or return of damaged items was confirmed, your refund will be made to the same account you use for payments.

Damaged or Missing Items

    Pawshire is based on a print on demand model and has partnered with Prodigi UK to manufacture and ship all products.
